Is it possible to include the (let's say) 30 last edited files? And how? I tried the libraries. but couldn't find anything=/ And btw, what's the difference between "include" and "require"?

i want to make a script to let me make news on my page. i tought that the easyest way was to make a form with two fields, one to enter the filename and one to enter the text. but i can't make it work. i even tried to copy code from the source code library here on phpfreaks. please help me(A)
