I'm using PHP 5.0.3 and SQL SERVER 2000. When I execute the below query, the row is inserted; however, the die function is also executed. $query = "INSERT INTO change_control (CHANGE_ID) VALUES (56812)"; $stmt = mssql_query($query) or die("INSERT change_control failed"); SELECT and UPDATE queries are not a problem.
