  1. I am sorry, I meant the version of PHP-Nuke.  I currently use a free PHP-Nuke hosting site, www.hkb.nukeyou.com and I want to develope my own.  When I go into the admin.php, it just really looks like an older version and i tried to transfer a block over and it displays the whole thing as text rather than the HTML.  My new site is http://www.lok.acidinc.com/php-nuke/html/index.php.
  2. I just got a server for a site with PHP, SQL and stuff on it.  I created my DB, users and tables...but they have version 4.4.2.  Is there any easy way to update it to say 9.8?
  3. Thanks for your tries...the strings were there just to inform me of perl and PHP commands.  I just had to install the tables in my DB.
  4. It is when I am administering the MySQLDB through my CPanel. I am soory to seem liem such a noob, but I am...
  5. I get the first error when I try to log into my PHPAdmin, I get the second on my CPanel in the MySQLDB screen after creating DB, me as a user and then then trying to make myself all action user fro DB.
  6. I just installed PHPNuke and tried to start a database and MySQL.  When i try to goto admin.php it states: There seems to be a problem with the MySQL server, sorry for the inconvenience. We should be back shortly Ive named the DB and added me as a user and then associated to DB, but there is this string on my page: Connection Strings Perl $dbh = DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:sfcmert_css:localhost","sfcmert_sfcmert","<PASSWORD HERE>"); PHP $dbh=mysql_connect ("localhost", "sfcmert_sfcmert", "<PASSWORD HERE>") or die ('I cannot connect to the database because: ' . mysql_error()); mysql_select_db ("sfcmert_css"); Can someone assist me in getting this fixed, THANKS!
