    Credentials?  I did the "GRANT ALL" from root user.  I am also using a user account for mysql instead of using root.

    Just started mysql on HPUX server. Trying to use batch mode to create a table.  I can't get past the ERROR 1044 and ERROR 1045 message.  /tmp/sampdb>mysql -u sampadm -p < create_member.sql          Enter password: ************************************************ ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'sampadm'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
