My webpage is just an InvisionFree. I could use a Freewebs if needed. I don't really want to pay.

The information I want displayed is hosted by someone else. I just want small changing amount of numbers (3 at the most) to be displayed on my webpage.

Cause I am totally new to this >.<

I am using InvisionFree Forums for the place where I want the text to be displayed. Ill try to explain fully. 1. Obtain small amount of information (the numbers change about every 10-15 minutes) 2. Display in a small box on my forums 3. Have it run constantly even with my computer turned off If I need to run something through a server could I use Freewebs?

Any help?

How can I take information and have it displayed on another page even when my computer is turned off? It would need to update every 5-10 minutes or so and display on MY page.
