Sorry, let me explain ;-) It\'s a investment company. Therefore, someone says they deposit .2 (2 cents) the system thinks its 20 cents. The only way they would be able to put in 2 cents is if they put in .02 Tyler

So, for some reason when someone puts in .2 for 2 cents, it thinks its 20 cents. mysql> select FORMAT(.4,2) from types where username=\'12345\'; +--------------+ | FORMAT(.4,2) | +--------------+ | 0.40 | The field is set for decimal. I\'m out of ideas. This doesn\'t help me when it comes to money. Tyler

I have 3 tables, table1 table2 table3 They all have the same field; field1 field1 field1 Therefore, when anything gets changed in field1, it needs to update it 3 times. Is there a way to symlink the fields in the other 2 tables so it just looks at table1\'s field1 for the other 2 tables? Thanks, -t
