I'm trying to create a login page for a university project, but i get some
very strange errors when i try to run it. I have set up a database
connection using php/mysql/apache, and Im using "log in user" from server
behaviours to create the login. When i preview it in internet explorer
however, i get the following 3 errors at the top of the page:
Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp\sess_cea95e7500e3728f6e24a93430d7e8f0, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in c:\webroot\test_login.php on line 3
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at c:\webroot\test_login.php:3) in c:\webroot\test_login.php on line 3
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at c:\webroot\test_login.php:3) in c:\webroot\test_login.php on line 3
And then these 2 errors at the bottom of the page:
Warning: Unknown(): open(/tmp\sess_cea95e7500e3728f6e24a93430d7e8f0, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has me completely baffled.
The page is just a dummy page with 2 textfields and a button - I dont see
what could be going wrong.
