Webserver MySQL database help

I posted this on bukkit.org and I need the Web Server Based part done could one of you please help me with this.

 

 

Server Based:
A simple plugin that sends the Website end plugin the names of new players that join the server and how many people have joined the server (as a whole).

Web Server Based:
Collects the server based information and places it into the website on the page specified.

It should have a 2 by 30 new players table (with invisible lines) showing the
faces (the images should be rounded at the edges of the latest new players
(get the faces from cravatar.eu or something like that)
and below that it will have the number of all time players to join the server.

For the database it just has the names. I want someone to do this:

I would like this done for free if possible.
