[alternative for .php tag?]

So the server that host my website is not accepting .php files at the moment. I have a form mail in .php format, can anyone recommend an alternative form mail that will not use .php extension?

So I have a website, and I need to set up a system where users can send me payments via paypal. Its a dance studio for kids. I need their parents to be able to send me monthly payments, I need them to be able to add custom amount and be able to send that amount to me.

 

Can anyone recommend a php payment paypal script that is both custom and easy to use?
