  I build a website in PHP. Now it's time to make it look nice. I'm very poor in graphism. I want to know if there's software that I could use to build my website design (graphic and layout) and at the time is coding to my project...Or any help how to start correctly and tips how to work with .css and other file need to make the layout and graphics.

  Do I have also to change my Apache Server version and MySql...

Even if I type http://localhost/cake I get the same king of error then the message above. Does it mean that cakephp is not installed.....If it's the case how do I install cakephp Thanks

How do I do to update my cakephp ??? It is just replacing the files that are already in my webroot or there's a procedure.

I looked my database.php and everything is OK.
