Yes, one of the most popular developer sites is xda-developers.com, I would try on there, most if not all developers are to be found in that community.

Why would you want to run WAMP and Apache on a Windows Server though? I would run a LAMP install on Linux if anything. Or does Apache run just as good on Windows as it does on the Linux distros?

What DNS? of the domain? you can change that with your registrar. Or if you want to change something on the Exchange server you need to change that in the MS DNS I would assume.

I recall installing wordpress on IIS 7.5 it didnt go through without errors but it was quite easy to iron it out, it was just specific stuff that IIS does differently to Apache I guess. But I didn't use wordpress much itself, but it appears everything worked. Wordpress issues are for the most part very well documented on the web, you can search for all kinds of exact error messages and will probably find someone with the same issue and some instructions on how to fix it.

At the moment I am using shared web hosting because I do not need so much space but prospectively I am planning to switch to a dedicated server. I decided to buy more expired domains and to host them all on one dedicated server.
