I can create the UI for both sides, but not the backend. I'm not that good. I can't find anything similiar enough to see how it works. I usually design, not code.

I'm familiar with PHP and HTML. I'm looking for some help figuring out how to create a local "site" as an application to use as a sort of P.O.S ( point of sale ) system. Actually it's not even that. My problem is I don't quite know how to begin finding codes and information to create it because I have no way to sum it up. It needs to take a sandwich and allow for input of quantity on one touch screen, then display the ingredients multiplied on a separate networked touch screen. What I need to know is, what would be the best way to achieve this, HTML, PHP, Java, etc. I understand Apache and SQL, and how to install/ configure them. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Lancer.
