i have designed a database for phone numbers. i want to design a form so dat wen i enta a phone number and press next,it shuld search d database for the number and return true or false

hi i hav used the select statement to display states from a database. now i want for any state clicked,it should retrieve the towns as another select option. how do i do that pls. :'(
