I am creating an include file that contains a function. This function will create a <select> drop down box that will contain two arguments. The arguments are the field name and the selected value. I am trying to do this for a list of states and their abbreviations using an array. I will be calling the function from an HTML file. Below is what I have so far...it's not much because I am stuck and not sure what to do after this.
