anyway. fatcow told us that it's the isp to blame for piwik slowness. we don't know what to do. we can get a refund from fatcow. but we don't know which other host is good from israel. also. emails are arriving in delay too. about 2-3 min. and of course without the email address like i said earlier.

first. thanks for all who tried to help with the other post i had! i've found a little guide here and with no much knowledge fixed it almost entirely. i've questions: -first. how safe it is and can i take simple steps to secure it if not? -when i'm submitting the form with a valid email address i get a weird result in the email i receive (sending to gmail). insted of the correct email to reply to it's says: "moo.***domian***@yourhostingaccount.com why and how can i fix this? is it related to fatcow configuration and i should try to contact them? thanks again

when the support guys at fatcow helped me to test it and they send an email to unassigned email i get it well. but when i try to test it i don't get any emails neither in my spam folder. what's going on?

they said that they can't help with it

but what if i want to change it and not use the phpmailer? can you help me with that? i don't think that my hosting (now fat cow) will much that helpful but i can try

problem fixed. the email started to arrive as it should - currently i'm using non secured email settings and when i send an email to my gmail from my domain i get it after a while. do you know why it is so slow? does fatcow is a good host? i'm using it from israel and also i find that the piwik installation is so slow. i also got this msg thanks

hi and thanks, so you are asking me to contact our previous hosting and ask them or call the ISP? i think we should be fine with regular form too without the whole script. please let me know because i don't find the phone number of the guy that installed that. and also i'm still wondering if we really need the phpmailer. once again thanks

hi, i don't know much php at all but i've a problem with a website contact form. since switching to siteground (lot's of problems BTW because there are under attack) the form in our little website isn't working. it says "sent succssesfuly" but nothing being sent. we are talking about a form created with the 'phpmailer' script. i wasn't the one who created it. it's a guy i'm not in contact these days with. any help will be appreciated i can send you a link by email and the files and all of that.
