[New Idea, Web Project - PHP, MySQL - Business %]

I am looking for a PHP developer that is open minded about new business ideas.

 

I have an innovative idea that I would like to discuss with someone that knows what they are doing when it comes to advanced PHP dev and MySQL. I do have knowledge on PHP and creating web scripts however I would like to put together a team of people to work on a new business.

 

I do not want to give away too much information on here as the idea has potential so I do apologize for being vague.

 

Please let me know if you have spare time, an open mind and are willing to work for a % of the business rather than for £.

I am wondering if/where I am allowed to post a new idea for a website I have that I would like someone to work on with me. It would obviously need PHP coding and also MySQL databases. I have everything in place I just need to search for the right coding partner.
