I currently am looking for a php programmer to either revamp a current freeware chat / CMS program I am presently using or for someone with the ability to write what we need. We are a fiction writing / roleplaying community and the current chat / CMS program we use (freeware) is out of date with php and javascript updates. Needlessly to say it is failing in various areas and things have begun to stop working.
We have very specific needs and have a budget with which to work and would like to get this work done as soon as possible. Willing to pay a portion up front.
