[Need help with a one-time url generator (.php)]

Hi,

I am new to this forum, but think it will be a good place to post small, quick jobs that I don't know how to do and, hopefully, I can learn in the process.

 

First job is helping me install something like this > http://www.webvamp.co.uk/blog/coding/creating-one-time-download-links/  The only change is I need the one-time url to be sent to a users email after they submit their email address through a form.

 

Can you help? Please let me know how much time and compensation you'll need. I have to have this up and running by next Tuesday.

 

I have an Apache web server using Plesk to manage. Please le me know if I may clarify anything.
