I just installed this new script here http://webhost.pro/domain-check.php it's a basic domain availability tool. I am trying to make a form that can be used on any page forward to this page with the content. The page loads with this in the url webhost.pro/domain-check.php?domain=dwhs.net and will run the page. So I can make a form that just submits to that page and sends the details.
