get button value from a link stored in mysql database

sir i just want you to put me on the right way coz i don't know wre to start -
i have an online mysql database that contains a field to store links in it, every row have a unique link to a file when the user search for the files i want to put a button in the result table that let the user press on it to download the file from the link of that file any help?
