Multiple foreign key from multiple table under CONSTRAINT of CREATE TABLE
in Other RDBMS and SQL dialects
Posted
I have 3 table.
Table 1 & 2 are master tables. And 3 is the transaction table.
Table 3 has 2 foreign keys, each are the primary keys of 1 & 2.
So, when i create the third table in SQL, what command should i use???
CREATE TABLE registration
(student_id NUMBER(6) NOT NULL,
module_id NUMBER(6) NOT NULL,
campus CHAR(2),
semester VARCHAR2(10),
CONSTRAINT reg_tbl
FOREIGN KEY (student_id)
REFERENCES student(student_id)
FOREIGN KEY (module_id)
REFERENCES module(module_id));
I tried the above one, but it was wrong. Any idea of the right one???
Thanks
