The design is very simple, it's easy to use. A few things though. 1. It doesn't validate. http://validator.w3.org/ 2. Tables aren't made for layouts. Divs are. 3. The picture in the top left with all the people in it could do with some more exposure or some more contrast. It looks a bit too dull. Apart from that I really like it.

It's probobally nothing to do with your code, but your email software is blocking the link incase it's spam.

No, Opera is 10x faster.

It doesn't work right in opera, all the divs are under eachother, when in IE it looks the way it's supposed to.

What browser are you using if the drop down menu looks "bloated"?

It's showing that error because the file doesn't exist. If it does exist and is being deleted. You could simply place an @ sign infront of the function to stop it showing any errors.
