if you are using port 81, then you would use to your browser port 81. (e.g..http://localhost:81), without specifying a port number means, you are using the default port 80.
you cant use same port at the same time, as i understand to your setup, you are using 2 web servers.

did u try to checking from you computer first?did u check your dns?can u ping public domains to see if u can access directly to outside.did u already register your domain to you ISP or public registrar?if all these questions are yes, then proceed to step 2....check first your firewall if alllow you server to access from public.check you internet connection.check your IPtables if you are using Linux.check your virual host in apache.If you are using DSL internet, check if you can use port forwarding to use port 80.what else?i dont know, just check all those things first and get back to me.

Guys pls help a little,
I am done reading this article " http://www.apachetutor.org/admin/reverseproxies " but i need some ding dong from you guys.I am planning to have a hands-on practice on Reverse proxy on our company.
Let say I have 3 servers, 1 server will put as Apache reverse proxy (has DNS registered, 2 of the servers dont have DNS or back-end local application servers.
server 1 = www.serverA.com
server 2 = http://192.168.1.10/index.php
server 3 = http://192.168.1.11/index.php
So how to setup the apache reverse proxy so that i can access the page from server 2 and server 3.Thanks guys

Simple again, edit your firewall settings, allow http or any application or port you want.goodluck
