any help please

Hi , I hope found the solution as I get tired from searching my problem is how to convert any video to flv I work on xampp and windows XP ,I get the ffmpeg.dll and added the extension to the php.ini and restart apache and the write this line of code exec("ffmpeg -i video.avi -ar 22050 -ab 32 -f flv -s 320x240 video.flv"); and I didn't get the flv video Can u help me ?
