Hey, not a bad thing, some adjustments, and you will be done, one rule I always remember and that is thought a school, we cannot please everybody but keep the site bright especially in case of community.

The page does not look bad, maybe you should make the whole page (not the header) into a div, so you can see that it it made for more pages and sizes, it just a thought but it says something about the site.
