I am trying to install the "Waiting time file download script using php and jquery" script found at w3webtools.com/simple-page-download-file-using-php-and-jquery/
I have downloaded the demo scripts and installed them in my server at /var/www/test/. When I try to call the demo files it recognizes the file size but says the file is not found.

I am trying to take the content of my header on my site http://4x4submods.tk and convert it from being in every single php file to being a single header.php file that I can parse using
I have taken the code:
And inserted it in header.php and tried using include 'header.php' in test.php(http://4x4submods.tk/test.php) but it's not calling the header file and parsing it. What am I missing?
