[online table editor for the user?]

Hi, I am looking for a tool (freeware ideally) that I can offer to my moderator so he can update the data in the database over the internet. I don't want to give him phpmyadmin as that has too much control.

 

I would also like a toll that allows me to change the settings or display, so written in PHP would be ideal, but java/ajax would be nice to avoid reloading the page on every update.

 

any suggestion?
