instead of opening and closing PHP tags a bunch could you just out an open tag at the beggining of the code a close tag at the end and instead of <? echo $rows['username']; ?> do $rows['username'] or if it's within quotes $rows[username]

since your sending it from a computer i believe that you must send it from an email. I could be wrong but i don't think so. -
