I have built a custom PHP/MySql CMS and I just need to be pointed in the right directions to installing an input interface for the copy that is the same style as the interface I am typing into now.
The client needs to be able to add links and what not.
Something like this...

The CMS is done, and they have decided to add this feature so I really need to just find something that I can replace the normal input box for the content with something like above that is quick and easy and hopefully cheap if not free.
The CMS is being used for a full Flash site. So the Flash calls a PHP file that then pulls the data from a MySql database and converts that data into XML to be imported into the Flash.
