I even tried http://adamplowman.co.uk/galley/image.php?maxsize=200&source=images/Picture%20001.jpg nothing. I even made sure the picture exists http://adamplowman.co.uk/galley/images/Picture%20001.jpg Everything seems right. I notices you added error_reporting(E_ALL); you can try removing that and see what happens. but this one has got me at a lose. only other thing you can try is using the absolute path. You can also try setting the permissions to 775 for the images folder. if you need help doing that let me know.
