converting a site from ASP to PHP

Hello all,

 

I have a potential client with a site made with ASP that he is not happy with. The company I work for only supports PHP - specifically LAMP built sites. Does any one have an idea of the difficulty (time) of conversion?

 

For the most part the conversion would be easy - but the site is using a Televox Shopping cart solution which I believe is only asp? I am wonder if there are tools to migrate the db info to a format that say virtuemart could use??

 

Any ideas?
