(Im sure there is a reason behind it, but if you tell us what it is maybe we can give you alternate suggestions). I don't have an answer for unzipping a file on the server-side, but if you use an ftp client (I recommend filezilla, its free and pretty easy to use), you can drag and drop files (even 200) into said folder.
