Auto click at X, Y

Hey guys i was wandering if it was possible to make a javascript that would make a clique using the users mouss at a X, Y coord using javascript?

 

Ex: Let say i have a link at 86, 250 how can i make it click on it?

 

i know javascirt has a few function related to the mouss coords ... ex:

So it's possible to track the mouss ... but it is possible to move it or simulate a clique at X, Y ?
