retiredguy Posted April 25, 2008 Share Posted April 25, 2008 I'm hosting on an Apache server, using MSFT Expression Web to publish via ftp: When published the file time stamps are always changed by the exact difference between my local time and GMT. Had someone check it from another time zone and they see the same thing, but showing the difference between GMT and their time zone.
