I have a problem that I am  hoping someone here can help me with. I am running apache on my local PVR/Dev machine. I run Vista Media Center for the PVR functions and I have installed a plugin that requires it talk to a service on specific ports.

The problem I am having is that while the apache service is running, the plugin won't work. I know the plugin uses ports 9321-9325 for communication to the service (and I believe it makes the call like an http request, but I"m not 100% certain on that.)

I have apache set to catch port 80 and no others. Does anyone know why apache would be doing this?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
