cardsfan12
I'm a newbie to apache, so I'm sure this is somthing stupid. I'm just experimenting with apache so I'm using a free url from DnyDNS.com. Here's the setup: server is behind a router on a win32 xp sp2 box I have the DnyDNS updater running, hosting cardsfan12.ath.cx and updating from my router ip Router has ports 80 forwarding set a static ip to 192.168.2.11, and ipconfig confirms this Apache is running, and the httpd.conf file has manuly been set to "servername cardsfan12.ath.cx", and is listening at port 80 wtf is going on? My error logs say "httpd.exe: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 192.168.2.11 for ServerName" can anyone help me plz? wildteen88
Set it to your routers ip address (192.168.2.11 ) rather than the hostname provided by DynDNS.
