djones Posted May 1, 2008 Share Posted May 1, 2008 The popular web host support suite, Kayako - http://www.kayako.com/supportsuite.php, allows a user to email support at [email protected] and creates a temp user in MySQL as the senders email address and enters the body of the email into the trouble ticket subject. How is this accomplished? How is the mail server connected to MySQL?
