Image resize help

ok so i have this image upload script for my website. and all it does is upload the image and display the file path to it. I want to include a drop down box in the upload form to select a image size to resize it to. I have looked all over google and i can't find anything close to what i want.

 

Does anybody know how to do this?

ok, i found this script (\/ below \/) and it has fields for the user to fill in how big he wants it. How would i modify that to be a drop down box with set sizes?
