issue with borders on IE 6 >

Hi guys

 

I have a script that uses a image and a floating W_Z framework div to crop images, in IE the boarder seems to offset the image inside the main frame of the UTILIY, any ways around this apart from redefining teh styles for each browser ? any sugestions any ideas or anything welcome,
