How can I take this captcha form:

Also, how can I fix it so the footer and other stuff loads when they get fields wrong? Like it just shows the echo and the footer and other stuff is never shown.. (Whole code below.)

And I would do that how...?

I already have a working captcha script...

Just how do I integrate the two together so it shows all errors and stuff..?
