Where do you set $delete?

// Check if delete button active, start this

if($delete){

for($i=0;$i<$count;$i++){

$del_id = $checkbox[$i];

$sql = "DELETE FROM $tbl_name WHERE id='$del_id'";

$result = mysql_query($sql);

}
