TomPich Posted June 5, 2008 Share Posted June 5, 2008 Hey Guys, I’m considering setting up an Affiliate Marketing website, which offers gifts for referrals. I am sure you have seen the website, someone signs up, completes an offer, refers their friends and get their gift. I have looked at “expensive” prebuilt engines to help me with this, ShiftCode and MaxBounty 2.0 to name but a few. However I was wondering how difficult it would be to hardcore/create this sort of system within PHP/MYSQL. I have experience with this technology however not to an advanced degree. Obviously I would need a log in script, automatic referral links created etc… Similar to sites owned by KudosNetwork and GiveAwayNetwork. Basically I’m looking for a starting point and maybe someone to point me in the right direction of code or literature that may help me.
