reload page after ajax logout

Hey,

 

I'm using an Ajax request to logout the user then reload the page with window.location.href = unescape(window.location.href). Unfortunately, this does not work in Safari. It says "cancelled opening the page." The page reloads successfully in firefox. Why is it not working in Safari?
