Toan
I have Apache Web Server configured on a Windows NT server and have mapped Y: to the shared storage device. However, I am getting an internal error whenever Apache tries to access that shared location. [Wed Jun 04 13:08:55 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] (20014)Internal error: Can't open file 'y:\\Shared Store\\format': The system cannot find the path specified. What am I missing? Thanks, Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/109441-unable-to-get-apache-to-access-windows-shared-drives/ Share on other sites
PFMaBiSmAd
Any resources that Apache uses must exist when the Apache service starts. Try stopping and manually starting the Apache service after the mapping of the drive has been completed to see if that has an effect. If this eliminates the error, you would need to insure that the Apache service is started after any mapping is complete (which I don't have a clue how to do.)
