jayR
I'm currently working on an Intranet site for my company, and my boss wants to be able to ensure that certain employees go to sections that they are required to view, such as updated handbook pages, schedules, or whatever. We use a Novell network, and I was wondering if there was a way to get the user's Novell username from php? I can get the computer name, but the same computer is sometimes used by multiple users so that doesn't give me everything I need. I've googled this and haven't found anything, so I'm hoping the collective wisdom of this forum will be able to help me out. Thanks. poirot
Phew... Probably you won't be able to get that without coding something that messes with WindowsA quick an easy alternative is to create a login system for the script itself...
