Hey guys,

 

I currently use osTicket for online support tickets. One thing it doesn't have at the current time is online support chat software. I'm looking into LiveAgent, and LiveResponse and they both look good.

 

I'm wondering if anyone has other suggestions on support chat software that they currently use or have used in the past. I'd prefer that the chat is able to be hosted on my server.
