on change 'menu 1' resets pull down 'menu 2' back to '0'

i wish to have two pull menu lists, so if menu 1 is change it reset menu 2 back to 0 and visa versa.

i am not sure of how to reset the value of the other menu which ever is needed to be reset back to '0'
