Generally, if things dont work as planned, it is best to reduce things down to very basic functionality and build from there, noting when the unexpected happens and investigating that. arleslie Posted June 27, 2008 Author Share Posted June 27, 2008 On my index its supposed to include radio.php, that doesn't show at all, if you go to radio.php, it doesn't show, I have made a file to display phpinfo(); (test.php) it doesn't show one line of anything. ocpaul20 Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 In the subject you say that apache has stopped working which suggests that it was working and now it doesn't. Is this correct? If it does not work now and has never worked with PHP: Maybe you find a tutorial on how to install and set up apache on windows to run php. I suspect there are probably too many issues to deal with in a forum post if we need to give you instructions on how to set up apache and php, which is probably why no-one else has chipped in. If it was working (serving php files to the browser) and now for some reason it does not work, then I suggest that you re-apply the changes you made to cause it to stop working. Good luck. arleslie Posted June 27, 2008 Author Share Posted June 27, 2008 1. I had PHP installed in Apache before 2. It all of a sudden stopped working 3. I reinstalled Apache and PHP and removed the old ones 4. After Configuring I restarted Apache 5. Windows Report "Apache has Stopped Working" 6. Restarted Apache Again 7. Works Fine...PHP isn't working now 8. Try to get PHP to work 9. Restarted Apache 10. Windows Reported "Apache has stopped working" 11. Restarted Apache again 12. wildteen88 Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 What versions of Apache/PHP have you installed. Also how are you installing Apache/PHP. When installing PHP avoid the installer, just download the zipped binaries package. PHP does not really require an installer.
