One user specifically keeps making an account on a proxy, even after me banning his IP, so now I might try banning his ISP. Anyone know? Thanks. I'm pretty certain its next to impossible to even discover who they are using for an ISP. That would require the ISP to register its name or ID or something inside all the packets it redirects. .josh Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 well if you have an ip address that you're fairly sure is his (like, a log of before he was causing trouble and had no reason to hide), you could always do a whois on the ip address and contact the isp and report the user.
