rewire specifc folders and ALL other domains

hey just need what i imagion is a quick understanding of mod rewrite

 

i have used it before but next to the exent i want to use it now

 

an exaplle of what i am trying to do is the url

http://www.tgwedding.com/tgwedding/users/client4719/sites/

 

i would like to rewrite to

http://www.tgwedding.com/clients?id=4719

 

which i cant see being that hard but i just cant work it out

 

and the second is to rewrite all websites that ARE NOT www.tgwedding.com

 

to

 

www.tgwedding.com/domain.php?id="there domain name"

 

dose anyone have any idea how to do eather of the above (proferably behind the sceans so the user dosent see it)
